Exchange Allowed in Two Cases:

1. Damaged Product

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo or video proof. A replacement will be provided.

2. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and with original tags.

Shipping cost for size exchange may be charged depending on location.

Used or washed items

Clearance/sale items

Wrong address entered by customer
